Sanidet is a concentrated sanitising cleanser, low foaming, phosphate free and pH neutral, formulated for hard surface cleaning and sanitising in food preparation areas. It contains approximately 4% Quaternary Ammonium Compound. Sanidet has been approved for use in food preparation areas, as a category 7 Sanitiser/Detergent, by the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS).
Sanidet is formulated for cleaning and sanitising in commercial kitchens. It can be used as a general purpose cleaner, and may also be used for dishwashing providing items are rinsed with potable water. Sanidet is not suitable as a heavy-duty grease cutting agent for items such as grill plates, ovens and fryers.
